Chocolate Chestnut Truffle.

Chocolate Chestnut Truffle Ingredients250 g chestnut puree (un sweetened)150 g black chocolate100 g butter100 g sugar1/2 tsp vanila essence1 tbsp porto ( optional)Unsweetened cocoa powderMethodMelt chocolate in a microwave oven.Blend butter & sugar in a food processor.Add the chestnut puree, chocolate, vanila essence, porto & mix well.Keep the blended mixture in the refrigerator (3 hours) until firm.Scoop up 2 tsp of the mixture & make a ball. KulKuls for X'mas

Mushroom hunting   Mushroom hunting is the favourite hobby of the French in autumn season. There are edible & poisonous varieties. So it's very important to identify the wild mushrooms before eating. Champignons de Paris / Parisian button mushrooms ( Agaricus bisporus) is one of the famous edible mushroom. In France, Loire valley is famous for mushroom production.

Moules-Champignons Curry

Mussel-Mushroom fryIngredients500 g frozen mussels (if available use fresh ones)500 g canned sliced mushrooms ( Can use fresh button mushrooms)1 tbsp veg oil 2 onions coarsely chopped1/2 tsp chilli powder1/4 tsp turmeric powder1 tbsp coriander powderSalt to tasteCurry leavesMethodHeat oil in a sauce pan.
