Millau This is a charming town in the valley of these rockies . On the way we can see the highest bridge in the world - " Le Grand Viaduc de Millau ". The Millau Viaduct is designed by an English architect Lord Norman Foster. It's height is 343m & lenght is 2460 m. It's the tallest road bridge in the world. It's a masterpiece of French civil engineers & an English architect.

KayappamIngredients2 mashed bananas2 cups flour1 cup sugar1/2 tsp baking powder1 egg1 tbsp chopped copra (dried coconut)1/2 tsp cardomom powderoil for frying MethodMix all the five ingredients & set aside for a 15 min.I'm adding an egg so that the appam doesn't absorb oil.Add cardomom powder & mix well. Heat oil & pour 1 tbsp of the batter. When golden brown, cook the other side.Repeat the process with the remaining dough.Serve hot with tea.

Bombay Toast Ingredients2 eggs1 glass of milk6 tsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence / cardomom powder / nutmeg powder 6 slices of bread1 tbsp butterMethodCut the bread slices in rectangle/ triangle shape.Beat eggs.Add milk, sugar & vanilla essence.Dip the bread slices as in figure.Grease the non stick pan with butter.Fry the slices on both sides.Sprinkle sugar & serve.

Polenta Pancakes Ingredients 2 cups polenta4 cups warm water1 tsp salt3 eggs1 green chilli chopped1 big onion finely chopped chopped curry leaves MethodMix first three ingredients & set aside for 2/3 hours.Beat 3 eggs with finely chopped onions,chilli & curry leaves.Add to the polenta & mix well.If the batter is thick, add some water.Heat a nonstick pan / griddle with little oil. Pour a spoon full of batter. Cook on both sides.Serve hot with curry / chutney.

The Queen's Hamlet After renovation "Le hameau de Marie-Antoinette" is opened to public. It's a Normandy-style play-village and farm built in 1783 for the Queen & her children. This Anglo-chinese garden was designed by Richard Mique. Around a Grand Lac there are 12 thatched cottages surrounded by flower and vegetable gardens. Queen's house is a tiled one. He also built the "Temple of Love" , "Grotto" and the "Belvedere".

Museum - Quai Branly 'Musee du Quai Branly ' was inaugurated by President Jacques Chirac on 20th June 2006. This new primitive art museum was designed by French architect Jean Nouvel. It houses art from Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas. Emblem of the museum is a mexican statue " Chupicuaro". It's near to the Eiffle Tower.

Mutton Curry Ingredients1 tbsp curry powder2 tbsp curd1 tsp salt1 kg mutton 2 onions, 4 carrots, 2 potatoes3 garlic clovesA small piece of gingerA green chilli (half slit)2 tbsp oil1 star anis1 tsp ground pepperCoriander leaves / Curry leavesMethod Mix first three ingredients.
