French Yogurt Cake

Yogurt Cake Ingredients :  An yogurt -125 g  Flour - 3 yogurt containersSugar - 2 yogurt containersButter / Veg oil - 1/2 yogurt container 2 tsp baking powder A pinch of salt1 tsp vanilla essence 3 eggs.Raisins/ walnuts if needed.Method Preheat the oven to 180°C.Cream together the butter, sugar, yogurt & salt on medium speed with a paddle attachment.Add beaten eggs.Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.Add essence/ nutmeg powder .Pour the batter into the greased... Recette de ma Mamie. Kesari - Gâteau de semoule à l'Indienne     Ingrédients :- 2  verres de semoule fine- 1  verre de sucre semoule + 1 paquet de sucre vanillé- 3  verres de lait - 50 g de beurre - Un peu de raisins sec. Préparation Faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole à  feu doux.Ajouter les raisins secs et les faire revenir. Verser la semoule en remuant. Chocolate Fish cake

Potato curry

Potato Curry Ingredients3 medim size potatoes(cut it into small cubes)2 onions1tbsp oil1 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp tumeric powder1/2 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp salt1/2 tsp cumin seeds1 bowl of water.Curry leaves & ground pepper Method Mix tumeric powder, chilli powder & salt in a cup of water.Heat oil in a pan & add mustard seeds.When in pops, add chopped onion & fry till it becomes translucent. Naan - North Indian Bread

Soft Naan Bread   Ingredients500g flour1 yogurt ( 125g)1 egg1 tsp salt20g fresh yeast or (2 tsp dried yeast )1 glass luke warm water.     1 tsp sugar MethodDilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar . Welcome to my cuisine !

        Welcome to my Cuisine France is famous for it's gastronomy. A typical French meal is served in 3 courses-Entrée-Plat-Dessert. After dessert, cheese is served. The meal is completed with a black cofee (café). Normally  red wine is served  with meat & white winewith fish . In most dishes they use wine as an ingredient. Montpellier-le-Vieux Whole area is surrounded by fantastic rocks which look like ruins. Water and wind have sculptured the grey stone of the Black Limestone plateau to unusual universe of cliffs in the strange forms. Gate like rock structutre is called " Porte de Mycenes". In the pre-historical period the rocks of Montpellier-le-Vieux were used by animals and probably also by men as natural shelter.
