Roghani Naan - Afganistan Special.

Roghani Naan  Ingredients20g fresh yeast or (2 tsp dried yeast )120 ml luke warm milk 1 tsp sugar***500g flour2 eggs3 tbsp vegetable oil1 tsp onion seeds (kalonji seeds)1 tsp salt*Topping*An egg yolk 2 tbsp milk Sesame seedsMethodDilute yeast in luke warm milk with 1 tsp sugar.Set aside for 15 minuites. Mix all the ingredients & knead well.Cover the bowl with a cloth & leave for 1or 2 hours,  until it's doubled.Spray some more flour & knead it again & make lemon sized balls. Spicy Cauliflower Cake

Spicy Cauliflower Cake Ingredients7 cauliflower florets (cooked)125 g yogurt175 g flour2 tbsp olive oil2 tsp baking powder4 eggs1 tsp salt1/2 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp cumin seeds2 shallots (finely chopped)1 green chilli (finely chopped)Curry leaves (finely chopped)Chopped walnuts / almonds / peanuts Method Separate the cauliflower florets. Cramique - Belgian Raisin Bread

Cramique Ingredients 300g flour2 eggs(beaten)20g fresh yeast75g melted butter90ml luke warm milk50g sugar75g raisins1 tbsp milk powderA pinch of saltFor glaze1 egg yolk1 tbsp milkMethodPreheat oven to 180°.Dilute yeast in luke warm milk with 1tbsp sugar.Mix all the other ingredients & knead for 10 mnCover & keep the dough aside for an hour. Pour the batter into the greased & floured cake tin (rectangular).
