Spicy Mini X'mas Trees

Spicy Mini X'mas Trees Ingredients1 frozen puff pastry2 slices of ham (cut in 3cm strips)Garlic & herb cream cheeseAn egg yolk (beaten)Sesame seeds / Poppy seeds (optional) Method  Spread the puff pastry. Tarte de AmêndoasIngredients1 frozen shortcut pastry (pâte brisée)Topping150g almond flakes125g butter120g suagr4 tbsp milkA pinch of cinnamon powderMethodPre-heat oven 180°C.Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured tart tin.Prick with a fork all over & flute the edges. Bake for 15 mn . Mean while mix all the topping ingredients in a pan. Stir continuously over medium heat ( 5 mn) . Pour  the prepared almond mixture over the cooked pastry.Return to the oven & bake for another 15 mn.

Kokad - Goan X'mas Sweet !!

Kokad Ingredients150g semolina (rava)200g sugar Half cup water2 cup freshly grated coconut  1 tbsp ghee20 g butter1/2 tsp cardomom powderMethodDry roast semolina & keep aside to cool.
