British Fruit Cake

Fruit CakeIngredients100g candied fruits50 g raisins5 cl rum220g flour3 eggs(separated)125g sugarA pinch of salt125g butter (melted)2sp baking powderMethodWarm rum ina microwave oven & mix it  with candied  fruits &  raisins. Keep aside for an hour.Preheat the oven to 180°C.Beat egg yolks with sugar. Beetroot Poori Ingredients400 g flourA beetrootSalt  to taste 200 ml waterOil for fryingMethod Peel, chop & blend beetroot to a fine paste with a little water.Mix with flour & salt.
