Bolo de Cenoura - Portuguese Carrot Cake

Bolo de Cenoura  Ingredients 4 carrots  (peel & grated)  4 eggs 200 g flour 200g sugar200g butter (melted)1 tbsp liquid caramel / honey 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder1 tsp baking powderA pinch of salt* Chocolate icing *200g dark chocolate2 bsp melted butter2 tbsp icing sugarMethodPreheat the oven to 180°C. Spicy Egg Pakoras

Spicy Egg Pakoras  Ingredients 3 hard boiled eggs ( slice vertically to 4)1 cup gram flour1 tsp red chilli powder1/4 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp ginger choppedAn onion (chopped) 1 green chilli (chopped)Few curry leaves (chopped)Salt to tasteOil for fryingMethodSlice the hard boiled eggs vertically (4) . Hortensia Gardens @ Ploërmel, Bretagne.
