Beetroot Pancakes

Beetroot Pancakes Ingredients250g flour2 tbsp corn flour2 eggs (beaten) 2 shallots(chopped)A green chilli(chopped)A piece of ginger (chopped) Salt to tasteA small beetroot(chopped)400ml water MethodMix the both flours  in a bowl.Beat eggs with shallots, ginger & chilli.Peel, chop & blend beetroot to a fine paste with a little water.Add  beaten eggs &  beetroot to the flour.Stir in water & mix well(without any lumps).
