Aaloo Kichdi

Sandesh - Bengali Sweet for Diwali

 Sandesh Ingredients250 g Ricotta cheese1 can sweetened condensed milk  5 jaggery cubes1/4 cup water5 cardomom pods1 tbsp sugarMethodUsing a coffee grinder blend cardomom seeds & sugar. Gently heat jaggery & water to make a thick syrup.Strain it & keep aside.Take ricotta cheese in a heavy bottomed vessel.
