Poori Provençal :)

Poori  Provençal Ingredients400 g flour2 tbsp tomato puree 1/2 tsp herbes de Provence Salt  to taste 200 ml waterOil for frying Method Mix all the ingredients. Add water little by little  to get a stiff dough. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for an hour. Make lemon sized balls & flatten it using a roller( 8/10 cm discs). Sabayaad  Ingredients250 g flour 250g whole wheat flour 100 ml tepid water 100 ml luke warmmilk1 tbsp veg oil 1 tsp salt Oil /Ghee Flour for dustingMethodMix all the ingredients & knead well.Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for an hour.
