Urad Dal Poori Ingredients350 g flour150g urad dal powder (Black lentil powder)2 tsp kalonji seeds(nigella)1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)1 tsp salt 250 ml water Oil for frying Method Mix first five ingredients.Mix with water to get a stiff dough. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for an hour.
