Korean Shrimp Pancakes

Shrimp Pancakes  Ingredients250g small shrimps(( fresh/frozen)3 shallots(finely chopped)1 big green chilli(finely chopped) A piece of ginger(finely chopped)1 cup chopped scallionsFinely chopped chivesSalt to taste***200g flour 2 tbsp corn flour2 eggs (beaten)  400ml water 1 tbsp sesame oilMethod  Thaw frozen shrimps by running coldwater over them. Royal Greenhouses of Laeken,Brussels

Royal Greenhouses of Laeken The Royal Greenhouses of Laeken was constructed by the architect Alphonse Balat & Victor Horta. Every year in spring this is opened to public for just 21 days  & it's worth visiting. The 7 green houses  are the home to tropical & subtropical plants. There is a vast collection of Geraniums , Fushias, Azalees & Hydrangeas.

Raspberry Tiramisu Ingredients 200g raspberries 250g mascarpone (room temperature)80g sugar3 eggs(separated)1 tsp vanilla essence10 cinnamon cookies (speculoos) MethodWash & drain raspberries. Upma with an Italian touch

Upma Ingredients 2 cups semolina 3 cups water 1 tbsp tomato purée 2 chillies(half slit) 1 onion (chopped)A small piece of ginger (chopped) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp urad dal seeds 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 2 tbsp olive oilA dried chilliCurry leaves Few basil leaves(chopped)Method Dry roast semolina in a pan for 8 min and keep aside.  Heat oil in a casserole. Date MuffinsIngredients (12 muffins)250g date pasteHalf cup water125g butter2 eggs150g sugar200g flourA pinch of salt 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon powderAlmond flakes for toppingMethod Preheat oven to 180°C.Cut date paste into cubes.
