Sweet potato crumpets

Sweet Potato Crumpets IngredientsHalf of a sweet potato(small)1 cup milk + 1 cup water1/4 tsp nutmeg powder***300g flour3 eggs (beaten)1tsp salt250ml water125ml luke warm milk5g fresh yeastMethodWash , peel & cut sweet potato in cubes.Cook it in a milk & water.When cooked, mash it in a blender & add nutmeg powder.
