Spicy Squid Fry

Spicy Squid Fry Ingredients500g squid (cut it into thin rings)1 tbsp tomato purée2 onions( finely chopped)1 tsp ginger-garlic paste1 tsp chilli powder1/2 tsp turmeric powderSalt to tasteOil for fryingCurry leavesMethodFry onions till light golden brown.Then add  ginger- garlic paste & fry again.Add add tomato purée & squid.Add water,salt & cook for a 30 mn.When the sauce is reduced, remove from fire.Garnish curry leaves.

Indian Fried Fish

Fried Fish Prepare marinade - chilli powder + turmeric powder + salt + oil Marinate 5 hours in refrigerator. Heat a nonstick pan.Deep fry both sides on medium heat.If U are using oven , preheat it.Grill for 6 min per side.

Moules-Champignons Curry

Mussel-Mushroom fryIngredients500 g frozen mussels (if available use fresh ones)500 g canned sliced mushrooms ( Can use fresh button mushrooms)1 tbsp veg oil 2 onions coarsely chopped1/2 tsp chilli powder1/4 tsp turmeric powder1 tbsp coriander powderSalt to tasteCurry leavesMethodHeat oil in a sauce pan.
