Spicy Salmon Cake

Mini Cherry Clafoutis Ingredients100g Flour10cl milk50g sugar10cl liquid cream2 eggs1 /2 tsp nutmeg powder200g cerises MethodPreheat oven 180°C .Beat eggs. Add flour & sugar. Pour cream into the prepared mixture.Stir thoroughly ( without ant lumps).Butter the ramekins. Pour the prepared custurd & arrange cherries on the top.Bake for 20- 25mn & serve warm.
