Mirgut Rotti

Pheni Paratha  Ingredients450g flour3 tbsp semolina200 ml water1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar2 tbsp ghee + 50 g butter (melted)Oil /ghee for fryingMethod Mix first four ingredients & knead well.
