Reshmi Paratha

Reshmi  Paratha  Ingredients3 potatoes (mashed)400g wheat flour1 cup milk100 ml water1 tbsp oil 2 green chilli (chopped)2 tsp cumin seedsA bunch of coriander leaves (chopped)Salt to tasteOil /ghee for frying Method Boil the quartered potatoes in salted water until tender (20 mn).Drain & let it cool. Pheni Paratha  Ingredients450g flour3 tbsp semolina200 ml water1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar2 tbsp ghee + 50 g butter (melted)Oil /ghee for fryingMethod Mix first four ingredients & knead well.
