Lefse - Norwegian Potato bread

Lefse Ingredients400g potatoes (4 mashed / riced potatoes)40ml milk / cream20g butter200g flourSalt to tasteMethod Mix all the ingredients & keep aside for one hour.Make evenly sized balls. Take a lemon sized ball & roll out into paper thin Lefse Heat non stick pan . Spread oil on it .Cook the roll out lefse.Spread some oil & press the edges.Flip & cook the other side.Repeat the process with other balls. Serve hot with veg / non veg curry.

Langos - Hungarian Fried Bread

Spicy Langos ingredients500g wheat flour4 medium sized potatoes(mashed)1 tsp yeast granules1 tsp salt1 tsp sugar3 shallots finely chopped2 chillies finely choppedCurry leaves chopped1 tsp Fennel seeds Oil for frying MethodDilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar .
