Poached Pears in Spiced Red Wine

Poached Pears Ingredients 4 medium ripe pears (Conference) 3 cloves 1/2 of a vanilla pod 1 cinnamon stick1 star anise375 cl red wineA pinch of nutmeg powder75g cane sugar Method Wash & peel pears leaving the stem intact. Heat a sauce pan with red wine, sugar & spices.Boil for 10 mn & then add pears. Reduce heat & turn the pears frequently. Poach the pears until they are tender (5 mn). Tranfer them on a serving bowl. Tiramisu for Valentine's Day !

 Tiramisu Ingredients  10 Savoiardi biscuits (ladyfinger)Half cup expresso coffeeHalf cup orange liquor (optional)250g mascarpone (room temperature) 80g sugar 3 eggs(separated) 1 tsp vanilla essence Cocoa powder  MethodWhisk mascarpone with an electric beater. Raspberry Tiramisu

Raspberry Tiramisu Ingredients 200g raspberries 250g mascarpone (room temperature)80g sugar3 eggs(separated)1 tsp vanilla essence10 cinnamon cookies (speculoos) MethodWash & drain raspberries. Indian Fruits Salad

Indian Fruits SaladCut all the fruits.(canteloupe, banana, apples, cherries, apricots)Press one orange & add to the fruits Mix all the fruits in a salad bowl. Cover & chill. To make custurdDilute 30g of custurd powder in cup of milk(without any lumps).Boil 1/2 l milk. Add 50g sugar. Then add the prepared custurd powder. Stir continously. Cool & refrigerate it. Pour the chilled custurd on the the fruits, toss & serve.Decorate with cherries.
