Beetroot Pancakes IngredientsA beetroot 250 g flour (Type 45)75 g sugar25 g melted butter3 eggsA pinch of salt1/2 l milk1 tsp vanilla essenceMethodPeel, chop & blend beetroot to a fine paste with a little milk.Add  beaten eggs &  beetroot to the flour.Stir in milk & mix well(without any lumps). Kuttu ki Poori / Buck wheat Poori/ Galettes de sarrasin frites

Kuttu ki Poori  Ingredients300 g flour200g buck wheat flour (farine de sarrasin)1 tsp salt 250 ml water Oil for frying Method Mix first five ingredients.Mix with water to get a stiff dough. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for an hour.
