Beetroot Poori Ingredients400 g flourA beetrootSalt  to taste 200 ml waterOil for fryingMethod Peel, chop & blend beetroot to a fine paste with a little water.Mix with flour & salt. Add water little by little  to get a stiff dough. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for an hour. Make lemon sized balls & flatten it using a roller( 8/10 cm discs). Butternut Crumpets

ButternutCrumpets Ingredients1 bowl chopped butternut1 cup milk 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder***300g flour3 eggs (beaten)1tsp salt250ml water125ml luke warm milk5g fresh yeastMethodWash , peel & cut butternut into cubes.Cook it in a milk & water.When cooked, mash it in a blender & add nutmeg powder.
