Poori  Provençal Ingredients400 g flour2 tbsp tomato puree 1/2 tsp herbes de Provence Salt  to taste 200 ml waterOil for frying Method Mix all the ingredients. It's Pancake Day / C'est la Chandeleur

Maple Syrup Pancakes with Raisins    Ingredients 250g flour1tsp baking powder3 eggs300 ml luke warm milk A pinch of salt  4 tbsp maple syrup Butter for fryingRaisins & Maple SyrupMethod Sieve flour & baking powder together.  Then add beaten eggs & smaple syrup. Keep aside for an  hour. Heat a non stick pan & add a knob of butter. When it's melted add a ladle of batter. Drop some raisins, turn & cook the other side. Drizzle maple syrup & serve ur loved ones.
