Chinese Zuchini Pancakes

Zuchini Pancakes Ingredients200g flour2 tbsp corn flourAn Onion (chopped)A green chilli (cut in coins)2 eggs (beaten) 1 Zucchini / Italian squash (cut in thin sticks) 1  stock cube400ml water 1 tbsp sesame oil MethodWash zucchini & cut in thin coins.Then slice them to thin sticks.Mix the stock cube in water.Mix the both flours  in a bowl. Poori Provençal :)

Poori  Provençal Ingredients400 g flour2 tbsp tomato puree 1/2 tsp herbes de Provence Salt  to taste 200 ml waterOil for frying Method Mix all the ingredients. Add water little by little  to get a stiff dough. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for an hour. Make lemon sized balls & flatten it using a roller( 8/10 cm discs). Ragi Puttu Ingredients 1 cups roasted rice flour1 cup ragi flour(finger millet)1 cup grated coconut 1/2 tsp  salt 200 ml hot water Coconut for layering(optional)Method Mix  riceflour with ragi flour in a bowl. It's Pancake Day / C'est la Chandeleur

Maple Syrup Pancakes with Raisins    Ingredients 250g flour1tsp baking powder3 eggs300 ml luke warm milk A pinch of salt  4 tbsp maple syrup Butter for fryingRaisins & Maple SyrupMethod Sieve flour & baking powder together.  Then add beaten eggs & smaple syrup. Keep aside for an  hour. Heat a non stick pan & add a knob of butter. When it's melted add a ladle of batter. Drop some raisins, turn & cook the other side. Drizzle maple syrup & serve ur loved ones.
