Blinis - Fluffy Russian Pancake

      Blinis    Ingredients25 cl luke warm milk1 tsp sugar20 g fresh yeast 80g flour80 g buckwheat four2 eggsSalt to taste Method Dilute yeast in luke warm milk with  sugar.Keep aside for 10mnMix both the flours & add the milk.Then add beaten eggs & stir well .(without any lumps). Cong You Bing / Chinese Scallion Pancakes

Chinese Scallion PancakesIngredients500 g flour200 ml water75g butter1 tsp salt8 spring onions (scallions)Sesame oil /Veg oilMethodBoil water with butter & salt  .Add to the flour & knead well.Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for 1 hour.Wash & dice spring onions. Batura Ingredients200g flour ( 2 glasses)125g yogurt10 g fresh yeast1/2 glass luke warm water1/2 tsp saltOil for fryingMethodDilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar . Set aside for 15 minuites.Mix all the ingredients & knead well.Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for 1 hour.Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it into thick disc.
