Sweet potato - Bread Pudding Ingredients1 medium sized sweet potato1/4 of French Baguette / 3 slices of bread2 eggs1 cup coconut milk3 tbsp sugar50g butter1 tsp nutmeg powderRaisins & WalnutsMethodWash , peel & cube the sweet potato.Boil the cubed potatoes in water until tender (10 mn).Drain & let it cool.
