Cumin Flavoured Rice

Jeera Rice Ingredients2  cups cooked Basmati rice1 cup cooked green peas1 Onion (finely chopped)1 green chilli ( choped)1 tsp ginger +garlic paste1 tbsp cumin seeds1/2 tsp turmeric powderSalt to tasteCoriander leaves2 tbsp ghee / oil Method Heat the oil/ ghee in a frying pan. Mediterranean Pulao

Mediterranean PulaoIngredients1 bowl cooked rice (basmati)2 onions (chopped)Chopped capsicum (optional)2 green chillies4 garlic cloves1 tbsp concentrated tomato2 tbsp olive oilSalt to tasteBasil leavesMethodHeat olive oil in a  sauce pan.
