Konda Kavum - Srilankan New Year Sweet

Konda Kavum  Ingredients100g rice flour100gg flour1/2 tsp baking powder100g jagerry200ml water1 tsp fennel seeds1/2 tsp cardomom powderA pinch of saltMethodMix the both flours & baking powder  in a bowl.Gently heat jaggery & water.When melted, strain it & add to the flour.Mix well (without any lumps).
