Tapioca Vada   IngredientsA tapioca An egg (optional)  1 tsp chilli powder 1/4 tsp hing 1 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste  1 cup gram flour  1/2 cup rice flour Chopped curry leaves Oil for frying Method Peel,wash & slice tapioca using mandoline.
