Puff Puff - Nigerian Doughnuts

Puff  PuffIngredients 500g flour 100g sugar  A pinch of salt An egg (optional)1/2 tsp cardomom powder15g fresh yeast Half cup - luke warm water ***Oil for frying Method Dilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar . Tamilnadu Potato Fritters

Potato Vada   Ingredients3 medium sized potatoes An egg  1 tsp chilli powder 1/4 tsp hing1 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste 5 tbsp gram flour 3 tbsp rice flour Chopped curry leavesOil for frying Method Peel,wash & slice potatoes into 2 cm thickness.
