Amritsari Fish

Amristsari Fish Ingredients10 sliced salmon fillets1 tbsp red chilli powder1 tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste***4 tbsp gram flour2 tbsp curdAn egg1 tsp ajwain(ayamodakam)1 tsp ginger paste1 tsp garlic pasteChopped curry leaves(optional)Salt to tasteOil for frying Method Wash, slice & blot dry the fish filets with a kitchen paper.Prepare marinade - chilli powder + turmeric powder + salt.
