Ulli Vada

Ulli Vada Ingredients4 finely sliced onions1 tsp chilli powder1 egg1 tsp ginger paste / chopped ginger1 tsp salt3 tbsp gram flourcurry leaves / coriander leaves ( chopped)Oil for fryingMethodMix first five ingredients & keep aside for some time.Add the gram flour & mix.If the batter is thick add some water.Keep aside for 15 min. Heat oil in a  frying pan.Pour 1 tbsp full of the batter. U can prepare 4/5 vada's  at the same time . Cook both sides of the vada until golden brown.Remove using a slotted spoon & drain...
