Bindya - South Indian Sweet

Bindya Ingredients1 small coconut(grated) 1 tbsp splitted moong dal10 cubes of jagerry + halfcup water (melted & strained)1/2 tsp cardomom powder50g butter / gheeMethodGently heat jaggery & water to make a syrup.Strain it & keep aside.Heat the strained jagerry in a thick bottomed vessel along with grated coconut & moong daal. Stir continuosly with a wooden spatule.When it leaves the sides of pan, add ghee.Remove from fire & garnish with cardomom powder.
