White Chocolate Carrot Cake  Ingredients 4 carrots (peel & blend) 1/4 tsp nutmeg powderA pinch of salt 100g white chocolate 130g butter 130g sugar3 eggs (beaten) 200g flour 2 tsp baking powder MethodPreheat the oven to 180°C. Chop carrots into bits using a blender.Mix the carrots with sugar, salt & nutmeg powder. Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water. Melt in microwave oven 2 mn. Add chopped butter & mix well.
