Molly Cake Ingredients250g flour250g sugar 250g thick cream 3 eggs2 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla essenceA pinch of salt MethodPreheat the oven to 180°C.Beat eggs with sugar until it's doubled. Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the egg mixture. Then add vanilla essence & mix well.At last add the whipped cream & mix.Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.(1h). Serve with tea.
