Mini Chocolate Canneles of Bordeaux

Mini Chocolate CannelesIngredients (30 mini canneles) An egg + an egg yolk 50g black chocolate15g chocolate powder125g sugar50g flour50g butter A pinch of salt20 cl of milk1 tbsp rum ( optional)1/2 tsp vanilla powderMethodIn a thick bottomed vessel warm milk with butter.When the butter is melted, remove from fire & add vanilla powder.Pour this warm milk over the chocolate & mix well.
