Mini Canneles of Bordeaux

Mini Canneles of Bordeaux Ingredients (30 mini canneles)An egg + 2 egg yolks 25g butter 300g milk90g flour150g sugarA pinch of salt30ml rum (optional)1/2 tsp vanilla powderMethodIn a thick bottomed vessel warm milk with butter.When the butter is melted, remove from fire.Add vanilla powder & set aside to cool.
