Ingredients1 cup semolina (dry roast)1 cup sugar1 cup grated carrot 3 tbsp freshly grated coconut / dessicated coconut 100 g butter / 4 tbsp ghee 1/2 tsp cardomom powder Raisins & Cashews MethodDry roast semolina in a pan for 5 mn & keep aside.Wash, peel & cut the carrots in chunks.Just blend in a food processor & keep aside.
