Channa Pulao

Channa Pulav Ingredients500g channa  / canned garbanzo beans 1 cinnamon stick + 2 cloves2 carrots (finely chopped)2 onions (chopped) 2 tomatoes (chopped) 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 green chillies 1/2 tbsp Ginger + Garlic paste Coriander leavesFor Rice 4 cups Basmati rice 6 cups water 1 tsp salt 1 cinnamon stick 3 cardomom pods 1 star anise 3 cloves. 2 tbsp ghee / oil Method Soak channa dal overnight & pressure cook.
