Chapathi Provencale

 Chapathi ProvençalIngredients 500 g flour250 ml luke warm water2 tbsp tomato purée1 tbsp olive oil2 tsp  tbsp dried herbs (herbes de Provence)1 tsp saltOlive oilMethodMix first six ingredients & knead well.Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for 1 hour.Make evenly sized balls.
