Buck Wheat Chapathi

Buck Wheat Chapathi Ingredients 250 g flour250g buck wheat four (farine de sarrasin)200 ml luke warm water1 tbsp veg oil1 tsp saltOilMethodMix all the ingredients & knead well.Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for 1 hour.Make evenly sized balls. Take a lemon sized ball & flatten it using a roller.Heat a non stick pan & spread oil on it .Cook the roll out chapathi.Spread some oil & press the edges.When it puffs , spread some oil .Flip & cook the other side.Serve hot with Veg / Non Veg curry.
