Torta Caprese - Chocolate Cake of Capri Islands.

Torta CapreseIngredients 200g black chocolate200g almond powder150g butter50g sugar5 eggs1 tsp cinnamon powder(optional)50g icing sugar for decorationMethod Preheat the oven to 200°C.Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.Add chopped butter & mix well.Add sugar to the chocolate mixture & mix well.Add beaten eggs.Add almond powder & baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and place in the oven.
