Doce de Grao/ Chonya doce - Goan Sweet

Chonya doce Ingredients200g yellow split dal / channa dal (kadala parippu)400 g sugar1 cup freshly grated coconut A pinch of salt 1/2 tsp cardomom powder1 tbsp ghee  Ghee Method Soak dal in water for three hours.Drain it & pressure cook it with sufficient amount of water.Blend the cooked dal to a fine paste.Then blend the grated coconut to a fine paste.
