Ragi Pancakes

Ragi Dosa Ingredients1 cup urad dal powder(papad powder)1 1/2 cup ragi flour (finger millet)1 tsp fenugreek seeds (fine powder)Salt to taste Water Method Mix both the flours in a bowl .Add water to the batter to get a semi liquid stage.Grind fenugreek seeds to fine powder.Add salt & fenugreek powder & mix well.Cover & keep aside for  5 hours.***Heat a nonstick pan / griddle with little oil.
