Eccles Cake

Eccles CakesIngredients2 frozen puff pastries.An eggCane SugarFor filling50 g butter100g sugar200g currants1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground nutmegMethodMelt butter in a pan & mix with currants & sugar.  Garnish with spices & set aside to cool.***Roll out the puff pastry & cut into discs using a cookie cutter.Spoon the filling in the centre of the disc & cover it with another one. Press the edges with the tines of the fork & make 3 small cuts with a knife.Repeat the same with the remaining...
