Chocolate Muffins

Chocolate MuffinsIngredients 200g black chocolate150g butter150g sugar50g flour3 eggsA tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon powderMethod Preheat the oven to 180°C.Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.Add chopped butter & mix well.Add beaten eggs.Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.Add cinnamon powder & mix well.Pour the batter into the greased 12 hole muffin tray. Bake for 15- 20mn until risen.Serve with custurd & fresh fruits.
