Palets Bretons Ingredients80g salted butter80g sugar3 egg yolks4g baking powder115g flour1/2 tsp vanilla essenceMethodSift flour with baking powder.In a bowl, cream the salted butter.Stir in sugar & mix well.Then add 3 egg yolks & vanilla essence. Mix well & the add sifted flour.Make a cylinder using the prepared cookie dough. Roll in a plastic wrap & refrigerate for an hour.
