Fried Layer Paratha

Fried Layer Paratha  Ingredients300 g flour1 tbsp melted butterSalt  to tasteHalf cup waterOil for frying Flour for dustingMethod Mix all the ingredients.Mix with water to get a stiff dough. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth & keep aside for 10mn. Make lemon sized balls & flatten it using a roller.Smear some oil/ghee on the top & dust with flour.Fold as in the pic & once again smear oil & dust flour.Then fold as a cone & press the pointed part inwards.Repeat the same with other dough...
