Chestnut-Caramel Cake

Chestnut-Caramel Cake Ingredients 200g unsweetened chestnut purée100g butter100g sugar50g sugar for caramel100g flour2 eggsa pinch of salt2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp cinnamon powder1 tsp vanilla essenceAdd raisins/ walnuts if needed.Method Preheat the oven to 180°C.To make caramel use a heavy bottomed sauce pan.Add sugar with 3 tbsp water.
