Neyy Pathiri - Malabar Special

 Neyy Pathiri  Ingredients2 cups roasted rice powder  3 cups of water1 tsp fennel seeds1 tsp salt2 tbsp dessicated coconut / 2 tbsp grated coconut2 shallotscurry leavesOil for fryingMethod Blend coconut, shallots, curry leaves & fennel seeds in a mini food processor. Don't make a paste. Boil water . Add salt & blended mixture.Then add rice powder & mix with a wooden spatule .Remove from fire & close with a lid.
