Torta di Ricotta e Polenta Ingredients 2 tbsp rum40g raisins***50g butter200g polenta250g ricotta200g sugar1 tsp baking powder4 eggs1 tsp vanilla essenceA pinch of nutmeg powder50g candied orange peel2 tsp pine nutsZest of half a lemon50g icing sugar for decorationMethod Soak rains in rum & keep aside for 30 mn.Preheat the oven to 180°C.Beat eggs with sugar until it's like a foam.
