Ghribia - Tunisian Chickpea Cookies

GhribiaIngredients 250g gram flour80g flour100g icing sugar150g butterA pinch of salt1/2 tsp cinnamon powderPeanuts for decorationMethodMelt butter & keep aside.Sieve both the flours.Add icing sugar & mix well.Then add melted butter & cinnamon powder;Mix well & make a stiff ball. Cover the bowl with plastic film & keep in the fridge for 30mn.Make marble sized balls & arrange on a baking tray.Decorate with peanuts.Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Bake cookies for 15-20mn.Leave aside to cool & then...
