Sanna - Goan Special

Sanna  Ingredients2 cups white rice / basmati1 cup cooked rice1 cup freshly grated coconut10 g fresh yeast 1 tsp sugar 125g yogurt (optional)Salt to tasteMethodSoak rice in water & leave aside for 5 hours.Dilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar . Blend the soaked rice to a fine paste & transfer to a bowl.Then blend cooked rice & coconut together.Add this to the blended rice.Then add diluted yeast & whipped curd.Mix well & keep aside for 2 hours in a warm placeIf the batter is thick add some more...
